What is Chlorella?
Chlorella , a microscopic 2 billion year old plant, is nutrient dense, rich in purifying chlorophyll, and easily digestible. Chlorella is the cleanest micro-algae product available anywhere in the world today. The cellulose wall is broken down by ultra-sound technology to allow for enhanced digestibility.
Chlorella contains proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids. The chlorella algae is approximately 58-60% protein with a complete amino acid profile.
It is a rich source of chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. It is especially high in beta carotene, iron, and zinc. Chlorella is also an excellent source of Vitamin B-12 for vegetarians. In addition research has shown that the cell wall can bind heavy metals and other toxins and flush them out of the body during digestion.
