Smokey Ochre - Our First Blend

This blend was first mixed by our spice master whle travelling in the South Australian ochre fields over 10 years ago.Use as a dry marinade on barbecue meats.

Apply 20 mins prior to cooking, sqeeze lemon juice over meat to enhance flavour and prevent spices burning.
