Slow roast tomatoes with sumac lemon and fennel

Paddymelon lemon, sumac and fennel spice blend
6 ripe tomatos halved
2 garlic cloves
Paddymelon macadamia oil

Preheat over to 120c
Place tomatoes cut side up on oven tray cut garlic cloves into slivers and place one on each tomato half. Sprinkle with Paddymelon Sumac, Lemon & Fennel drizzle with macadamia oil. Slow roast until wilted around 2 hours Serve hot
