Marvin is an Ethiopian chef who worked in our kitchens for many years before returning home. We have named this wonderful spice he made in his honour. It is truley an Ethiopian Classic spice mix.

To add a tantalising taste, rub onto red or white meats prior to roasting, grilling or barbecuing. A lttle oil may be added to blend to create a paste before applying

Create your own Ethiopian hot fish curry using some Paddymelon Marvin Berbere and flathead fillets.

Serves 6

Ingredients

500g plus 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (2-1/2 sticks) 6 fish fillets - cut to desired thickness
7 tablespoons Paddy's Creole
