Moroccan Aromatically Spiced Cous Cous

Certified Organic Cous Cous with Moroccan spices. Suitable for vegetarians, preservative and additive free. Fast cooking using the Jasmina Method. The resealable pouch contains enough for 2 full adult servings or 10 side dishes. This product can be used in so many ways many customers have been using it in salads or as a mound to lay steamed fish on. It also goes exceptionally well with roasted vegetables.

Organically Certified Ingredients:
Cous Cous (Durum Wheat) and spices.

Cooking Instructions AKA Jamina Method of Cous Cous Perfection:
Pour 1 Cup (250ml) of water into a saucepan, add 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt, bring to the boil and then remove from the heat.

Add 200g (half the pack) of cous cous, sultanas if desired, stand for 3 minutes or until liquid has been adsorbed.

Add 2-3 tsp of butter and heat for 2 minutes while stirring. Garnish with toasted almonds if desired.
