Paddymelon Cous Cous varieties are available in three flavours.

Certified Organic Cous Cous is used when available, with organic spices. Suitable for vegetarians, preservative and additive free. This product is very versitile with many customers using it in salads, as a bed to lay steamed fish on or even roasted vegetables.
