Orders

We offer 4 ways to order goods from The Melbourne Food Depot


1. Check to see if the product is available, in the size you require, from our secure online ordering system. Payments made via credit card. The online store has many bargains not normally available via other ordering systems.

2. Call the Depot if worried about sending credit card numbers via email or online ordering. Goods will be dispatched via courier within one business day of order. Confirmation of order or problems with credit card confirmation will be called/emailed back to you.

3. Download the Local fax form or International fax form, print it, fill it out and fax to (03) 9386 1888 (international fax number (+613) 9386 1888). The goods will be dispatched as above.

4. Make an appointment to visit our shop. Always phone first. Goods can be purchased directly with cash, efpost or credit cards. Credit cards attract an administration fee of 4%. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and Efpost.
