Water soluble white flakes with high water content. These flakes will return to low grade magnesium water (oil) if left in the open air. This product has been also called Magnesium Chloride, Nagarie, Nigari or nigara flakes
What does nigari flakes do?
Manufacture of Tofu using the traditional Japanese way. Excellent source of dietary magnesium. Manufactured the traditional way in Japan from deep ocean sea water. This product has also been used as a source of magnesium for the body for years. It seems to have gained popularity again since an extensive report was published in Nexus Magazine 2008.
